• Beginner: Ideal if you're new to Pilates, returning from injury, or just starting out. • Mixed ability: Suitable if you're building confidence or looking to deepen your practice • Intermediate: Perfect if you've been practicing for 6+ months or training with me since January. • Small group of 4 for more 1:1 support and confidence in movement. • Strengthen, stretch, and improve posture in a supportive, welcoming space.
£60 for the full course (£15 per class), £15 deposit required when booking and outstanding payment due on the first session. You must commit to the same day/time each week.
