I’ve recently qualified in pre & postnatal Pilates and will be adding two new classes to the timetable: a dedicated Prenatal Pilates class to support you through pregnancy and a Postnatal Baby & Me class to help you gently rebuild strength and reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby.
With a maximum of 4 people per session, I’m able to offer personalised support to ensure you feel safe, confident, and empowered at every stage of your journey. Whether you're preparing for birth or easing back into movement postnatally, each class is tailored to suit your needs and energy levels.
If you’re interested in joining, please register your interest and let me know what days/times you'd love to see these classes on the timetable. You must have had sign off from your doctor if postnatal.
