A gentle, supportive Pilates class designed espeically for mums in postnatal period with babies welcomed too (pre-crawling).
As a mum myself, I know how overwhelming those early months can be and how hard it is to find time to look at yourself. These classes are a chance to move, reconnect with your body and meeting other mums, all in a calm, friendly space.

Starting w/c 6th April, please register your interest. You must have your 6 week sign off from the doctors.
Wednesday 1.30-2.10pm: 1 space left 2.15-3.00pm: full
£60 for the full 4 week course (£15 per class), £15 deposit required when booking and outstanding payment due on the first session. You must commit to the same day/time each week.
